- Quotation are invited for Warehouse Partition Grills Supply of Partition Grills to be Used as Dividers in the Warehouse. The Installation will be Done by the Embassy Kinshasa-S Technicians. If you would like to submit an offer for these items, please follow the directions below. 1. The offers are due on February 23, 2022 by 17:00 Kinshasa time. Submissions received after this time and date may not be accepted. 2. Send your electronic proposals to kinshasabid@state.gov. Do not submit paper copies. Title the subject line of your e-mail as follows: The entire structure will be 2.70m height and have: - 11 cages - 6 Single hinged doors pushing right + transom - 5 single hinged doors pushing left + transom - Wall panels - Supporting columns. 2. Requirements: - Columns: Must be made in open profile of 35×30mm thickness 15/10 and allows adjustment of the ground clearance of the panels. - Panels: The prefabricated panels must adapt to the irregularities of the ground which avoids wedging. The frames will be made of square tubing, filled with 3mm wire netting with 50 × 50mm welded mesh. Doors: Their useful width must be 1100mm and height 2200mm. They must be interchangeable with a 1200mm prefabricated panel and made of carrier frame in 50 × 30mm tube + handle and lock. The contractor must also provide 3 passes to open all the doors. The contractor will make sure to also furnish transom kit in order to allow the finishing of partitions above simple hinged doors, to obtain a height of 2700 mm and that they are adaptable height and easy to assembly. - Finishing kit: Must be made of 1 U profile + 1 closed C profile in order to cover the cut mesh and allow to reconstruct a frame adjusted on site to finish the end of a partition. The installation will be made by the Embassy. The contractor must make sure that the prefabricated panels equipment does not require specific tools or special technical skills. The materials must be high quality and easy to install. The contractor will also provide an installation CD with all the instructions necessary for the smooth running of the operations.
