- Tenders are invited for Delivery of 02 Forklifts The deadline for receipt of quotations is September 06, 2022 at 1700 Kinshasa local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: • SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote. • Section 1, The Schedule Prices • Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.gov/w14 • Additional Information as required in Section 3. • SAM Registration Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer; questions must be written in English and may be sent to the email address kinshasabid@state.gov
