Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Printing Products and Visibility Materials Establishment of a Long Term Agreement (Lta) for the Supply of Printing Products and Visibility Materials 5. The offer must reach UNFPA reception or its electronic mailbox drcproc@unfpa.org no later than April 25, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Kinshasa time. 6. Tenders will be opened on April 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., Kinshasa time , located at 30 boulevard du 30 juin, commune of Gombe in DR Congo. Bidders or their official representatives are authorized to participate in the opening of bids. Please apply by email before April 25, 2023 if your company will be represented at the opening of tenders. 7. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Tenders sent by post after the due date will not be registered and will be returned still sealed or will be destroyed. Bids submitted to any email address other than drcproc@unfpa.org will be rejected. 8. Bidders are requested to acknowledge receipt of this bid request via the Confirmation Form. It is available in Section V, Part 1 of this solicitation document. Once completed, the form should be returned by email to: Mr. Patrick MAKAYA , Procurement Associate, mpatrick@unfpa.org at the latest one week before the closing date of the Invitation to Tender. The Tenderer must mention the name of his company, a telephone number, a fax and the contact details of the person to contact. He must also indicate whether he wishes to submit an offer or not. In order to help UNFPA improve its future bidding procedures, Bidders who do not wish to participate are requested to indicate the reasons for this decision on the form. 9.
