- Tenders are invited for Service Providers for Environmental and Social Impact Studies "Esia" of Projects Such as Irrigation of Rice Fields, Drinking Water Supply and Agricultural Service Roads The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany finances the Program Fund for Peace and Stabilization "FCP III" in eastern DRC (North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri) up to 70 Mio Euros for a total duration of 8 years in support for the I4S strategy (International Strategy to Support the Stabilization and Security). FCP III investments will be implemented through two flaps: Projects and Social Support. The overall objective of FCP III is to contribute to the stabilization of peace in the East of the country through targeted, inclusive investments linked to the resolution of local conflicts and to contribute to the reduction of poverty. The Projects component concerns the construction of works in the social sectors, economic and agricultural for which technical, socio-economic and environmental studies are to be carried out.
