- Tenders are invited for Selection of Participating Financial Institutions with Credit Application Subprojects within the Framework of the Access and Improvement of Electrical Services Project (Paase) Through this call for proposals, UCM asks interested institutions to submit (i) a manifestation of their interest in acting in this context as financial intermediaries in partnership with the government and the World Bank, through the refinancing window of the Central Bank and (ii) the loan subprojects of eligible operators which are being validated within them and will call on the line of credit. No information will be disclosed to third parties.
