A complete set of tender documents can be purchased from the address below by making a written request to the address at the same address for a non-refundable payment of two thousand seven cents (US $ 2,700). or the equivalent in Congolese Francs (FC) at the daily rate. Payment must be made by cash transfer to the bank which will be designated by the representative office of the Directorate General of Administrative Revenue (DGRAD) at the Ministry of Budget, while indicating the reference of this DAO. The file can be withdrawn from the Procurement Division of BCeCo on presentation of proof of payment (payment slip) . The costs of sending the files to the buyers are extra and payable by the latter. A payment is due by the Holder to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority as a public procurement regulatory fee at a rate of 0.7% of the amount excluding tax of the market. 8.
