Invitation to submission to ladies/Gentlemen, the representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo invites legally constituted and authorized companies to submit their proposals for the signing of a framework agreement relating to construction and The maintenance of pylons in its various offices in the DRC referenced UNHCR/DRC/RFP/03/2024.
