- Tenders are Invited For Rehabilitation Work on Aeronautical Pavements (Runway, Tarmac, Taxiway) with Associated Markings as Well as Rehabilitation and Equipment of the Technical Tower, Control / Block, Construction and Equipment of a Power Plant French language Invitation to Tender File can be purchased by anyone Interested tenderer by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable Thousand Dollars payment Americans (1,000.00 USD). The payment method will be by payment direct at the cash desk of RVA S.A. against delivery of a receipt. The folder a call for tenders will be sent by an electronic medium (CD-ROM or USB key). 6. Offers must be submitted to the address below no later than 02/08/2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time in Kinshasa. Submission of Bids by electronic means will not be allowed. Late Offers will not be not accepted. The Offers will be opened in the presence of representatives of Bidders and persons present at the address below on 08/02/2022 at 10:30 am local time in Kinshasa. 7. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of bid, in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand US Dollars (200,000.00 USD) for lot 1 and One hundred and fifty thousand US dollars (150,000.00 USD) for lot 2. 8. Please note that the Procurement Framework requires the Borrower discloses information on the beneficial owners of the Bidder beneficiary, in the context of the Notice of Contract Award Notification, by filling in the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the tender documents.
