- Tenders are invited for Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Modernization Works of the Kinshasa General Provincial Reference Hospital (Hpgrk) - Ex Mama Yemo - Phase Iii Interested candidates can obtain information from the Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), and take note of the tender documents at the BCeCo address given below, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ( local times, UT + 1). NB the administrative documents of foreign bidders similar to those required for companies governed by Congolese law, must be legalized beforehand with the Embassy of the DR Congo of the country of the bidders in accordance with article 20 of Ordinance-Law n ° 66 -344 of June 9, 1966 relating to notarial acts. 7. A complete set of tender documents can be purchased from the address below by making a written request to the address at the same address for a non-refundable payment of two thousand seven cents (US $ 2,700). or the equivalent in Congolese Francs (FC) at the daily rate. Payment must be made by cash transfer to the bank which will be designated by the representative office of the Directorate General of Administrative Revenue (DGRAD) at the Ministry of Budget, while indicating the reference of this DAO. The file can be withdrawn from the Procurement Division of BCeCo on presentation of proof of payment (payment slip) . The costs of sending the files to the buyers are extra and payable by the latter. A payment is due by the Holder to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority as a public procurement regulatory fee at a rate of 0.7% of the amount excluding tax of the market. 8. The offer guarantee must remain valid 30 days after the period of validity of the offers, that is to say it must be valid for 120 days from the deadline for submission of offers, including if the period of validity of the offer is extended. The amount of the offer guarantee is 400,000 USD. Offers must be submitted to the address below no later than Thursday January 27, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (local time, UT + 1) . The Late bids will not be accepted. Electronic deposits will not be accepted. 9. The site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 10:00 am and is mandatory . The costs related to this visit are the responsibility of each of the Tenderers. The preparatory meeting for the establishment of the offers will take place on the same Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the hospital.
