- Tenders are invited for Real-Time Evaluation of ACF'S Response to the North Kivu M23 Crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo The objective of this consultancy is to carry out a Real Time Evaluation (RTE) of ACF's emergency response to the NORTH KIVU M23 CRISIS in the DRC. This will then involve collecting information in the geographical area of Goma. Real Time Evaluations (RTE) make it possible to assess and evaluate the quality and speed of the initial phase of an emergency response. The RTEs allow ACF to better understand how the organization makes decisions and what its level of leadership is in responding to crises. In addition, the RTE makes it possible to list lessons learned in the emergency response feeding into future strategies.
