- UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), is an international development agency that works to create a world where each pregnancy is desired, each childbirth is safe and the potential of each young person is achieved. ' UNFPA is the main United Nations agency that widens the possibilities for women and young people to lead a healthy sex and reproductive life. This rating request is open to all eligible tenderers. The tenderer must be a legally constituted company who can provide the requested products and have the legal capacity to conclude a contract with the UNFPA to deliver to the country, or through an authorized representative.l ' Objective of the price request is to identify one or more suppliers who can provide UNFPA with the communications tools mentioned in the RFQLES proposals document must be sent by email to the DRCPROC@unfPA email address.
