- 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of Septage Removal and Treatment Service to MONUSCO, Democratic Republic of Congo all Goma sites including Rwindi, Sake and Kiwanja for an initial period of one year, with option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods i.e (1+1+1) depending upon the MIission's operational requirements. 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the necessary personnel, supervision, administration, transport, treatment material (lime) and other equipment (septage vacuum trucks, sewage pumps, excavation/backfilling tools, personal protective gears for workers, etc…), and for making all necessary arrangements to ensure the fulfillment of its obligations under the Contract for its entire duration whereas MONUSCO will provide the septage treatment sites. Unless otherwise stated in this SoW, the Contractor is fully responsible for the sustainment of all its personnel.
