- 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Provision of General Non-Food items to support MONUSCO operations. The following will be the requirement: i) a)Clothing, b)Household item, c)office consumbles, b)personal hygiene, e)personal care products, f)Toys and board Games ii)Delivery terms: Strictly 15 days delivery time from the date of task order award on DAP -Goma Incoterm.iii)Vendors will be required to provide samples3.Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid.4.MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the Invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI's receivedafter the deadline indicated below.5.The Expression of Interest may be submitted by email to monusco-procurement@un.org, copy john.mwape@un.org, clearly marked with the inscription "EOI- Provision of Courier Services to MONUSCO, Goma/DRC and Entebbe /Uganda.
