- 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) is launching a call for expressions of interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the provision of hotel services to the crews of the MONUSCO in transit in Kinshasa, Redemocratic public of the Congo.2. The contractor will be responsible for providing accommodation, meals and local transportation services for its crew members transiting through Kinshasa (DRC), as required. The hotel must meet minimum operational security standards (MOSS) established by the NUnited Nations (MONUSCO will inspect the hotel and indicate whether or not it meets MOSS standards); The hotel must have a sufficient number of single and double rooms to accommodate MONUSCO aircraft crews at any time during the duration of the contract; The hotel must be ableto provide meals and transportation to crew members.3. MONUSCO will soon undertake a competitive bidding exercise and therefore intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to companies that express interest and provide relevant initial information.demonstrating their ability to meet MONUSCO requirements. In addition, interested companies will be invited to register as a UN supplier for the basic level in the supplier database accessible at www.ungm.org (for new suppliers only).ement). Detailed specifications will be provided to companies pre-selected to receive the tender documents.4. The expression of interest should contain brief and relevant information about the company, including its profile, capacity and experience. The providedSectors will be pre-selected based on their ability to provide relevant documents attesting that they are authorized to carry out their activities in the DRC. Please note that this Request for Expression of Interest is not an invitation to submit proposals.6. MONUSCO reserves the right to select invitees to the call for tenders on the basis of their substantial and proven performance in the field.of activities concerned and the submission of an AMI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the documents (RFP). MONUSCO reserves the right to reject AMIs received after the deadline indicated below.7.
