Description: The United Nations is planning to invite competitive proposals for the long term supply of fuel and associated services in support of the the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO).Description of requirement:The primary aim is to enter into a long-term fuel contract, which, inter-alia will include the provision of Jet A1, Diesel, Gasoline and Oils and Lubricants to MONUSCO at Mission's locations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.The requirements entail the establishment of fuel supply chain from source to end user, mobilization and operation of MONUSCO turnkey fuel sites (East DRC), storage and maintenance of fuel reserves, provision of oil and lubricants, into aircraft, into vehicle, generator refueling services and bulk delivery services including the establishment of a fuel quality assurance and control programme.
