- The UNDP office in the Democratic Republic of Congo wishes to pre-qualify suppliers/service providers from Kinshasa and its surrounding areas, for a period of two years, for specific areas: Furniture/Office furniture Computer equipment Printing and Screen printing The list resulting from this preThis qualification could be shared with other agencies of the United Nations System that so desire. The objective of this call for prequalification of suppliers/service providers is to consult all suppliers wishing to provide services with UNDP in order to constitute a database.ed from suppliers in different areas valid for two years and thus allow restricted competition according to UNDP procedures. At the end of the two years, an expansion or revision is desired in order to provide access and allow other providers to appear inthe UNDP database following a similar process. However, it should be noted that pre-qualifications cannot in any way be interpreted as an exclusivity of the award of contracts to one of the selected service providers.
