- Tenders are invited for OBO Pick-Up Vehicles (Brand Name or Equal) 001 Toyota Hilux 2.8 L Turbo Diesel Automatic 5-seater (Brand Name or Equal) as described in attachment # 1. The deadline for receipt of quotations is September 15, 2022 at 1700 Kinshasa local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: • SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote. • Section 1, The Schedule Prices • Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.gov/w14 • Additional Information as required in Section 3. • SAM Registration
