In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. The expected length of initial contract(s): 01 April 2022 until 31 March 2025, with the option to extend the contract twice (2x) for a period one (1) year [maximum duration 5 years] subject to performance of provider and ICC own plans regarding the required Mobile Phone Communications Services. Objectives: The ICC is looking for a reliable partner for the provision of GSM service and subscriptions (Congolese numbers) in its areas of operation. Details: a. Post-paid ICC has approximately 50-60 active GSM subscriptions in DRC. b. Post-Paid subscriptions requirements Post-paid subscriptions will be used by heavy users or people whose duty station is in DRC.
