- Tenders are invited for Make Ready Cleaning Services The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the US Embassy Kinshasa, 498, Avenue Lt Colonel Lukusa - Gombe. The pre-proposal conference will be held on November 16, 2023 09:30 (local time). Prospective offerors/quoters should pre-register by sending names of participants no later than November 14, 2023 12:00 (local time) to the Contracting Officer at Kinshasabid@state.gov. Only two persons per company are permitted. Proposals are due by November 21, 2023 17:00 (local time). No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
