- Prequalifications are invited for Maintenance Services, Repair and Purchase of Vehicle Spare Parts. Supplier Eligibility Suppliers who: ● Are not legally registered companies; ● Are bankrupt or in the process of going bankrupt; ● Have been convicted of illegal activities, corruption and/or conduct unprofessional; ● Have committed serious professional misconduct; ● Have not fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions and taxes; ● Were guilty of serious misrepresentation in providing information ; ● Are not in compliance with Mercy Corps policy on combating bribery and corruption; ● Appear on a list of sanctioned parties, or excluded or disqualified from the participation in this transaction, by: the United States Government, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations, other national governments or public international organizations.
