- The United Nations Development Program hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites potential bidders to submit an offer under a long term agreement for the rental of conference rooms and catering on behalf of UNDP DRC in accordance with the notebookr charges and program requirements as they appear in this call for tenders. The services required under these long-term agreements are: 0 Rental of conference/meeting rooms with catering for hotels and event centers 0 Servicee catering (provided by a service provider without room rental) for hotels and catering service provider companies The required services are divided into 3 lots according to the province with sub-lots as follows: Each lot is subdivided into sub-lots according to required services andof the category defined by UNDP. For the above-mentioned services, several categories are considered in this call for tenders by UNDP. These are:- Category 1: Event center or hotel with less than two stars and Catering Service Providers;- Categoryrie 2: Event center or Hotel of 2 to 3 stars;- Category 3: Event center or Hotel of 4 stars;- Category 4: Event center or Hotel of 5 stars and more.Long-term agreements will be signed by category in each sublot and in each province. -Lot 1: City province of Kinshasa. Lot 1.A: Rental of conference/meeting rooms with catering in the city of Kinshasa and its surroundings. The categories to be considered in this sublot are as follows:ue Lot 1.A Category 1: Event center or hotel with less than two buildingscanvases;ue Lot 1.A Category 2: Event center or 2 to 3 star hotel;ue Lot 1.A Category 3: Event center or 4 star hotel;ue Lot 1.A Category 4: Center d event or hotel of 5 stars or more. .
