- Tenders are invited for Local consultant to facilitate Trocaire DRC and local partners to gather learnings on Nexus programming in the DRC. Long-term outcome 2.1 Poor and marginalized people, especially women and youth, lead sustainable lives, including through diversified food sources and economic well-being. Long-term outcome 3.1 Women and older adolescent girls benefit from increased safety, psychosocial well-being and meaningful participation and leadership. Develop a common nexus learning program (which incorporates learning questions), in close consultation with partners and Trocaire RDC, Trócaire's knowledge management and learning advisor and global nexus consultant. Provide a space for participating partners to share and learn from each other (virtual learning spaces and/or in-person learning spaces). 3.
