- Quotation are invited for Base Year + Three Option Years ISP Internet Service to Deploy the CDC Guest WIFI Network in the CDC DRC Office. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Block 23 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications; 4. Additional information as required in Section 3. The Contractor shall set up the WIFI network in the CDC DRC office by providing an ISP internet data link over fiber optic, that will terminate directly into the CDC DRC office-s network equipment for a bandwidth of at least 4Mbps (up) and 4 Mbps (down) or larger, 10Mbps Up/Down. Provide at least 6 static public IP addresses for inter-office configuration of the ISP service to our headquarters Office. One-time installation fee Base Year: Starting date to be determine. First Option Year Total Price (with any pricing decreases) Second Option Year Total Price (with any pricing decreases) Third Option Year Total Price (with any pricing decreases) Prices. In consideration of satisfactory performance of the services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price (FFP) per month as stated in the schedule below in U.S. Dollars. DIN Dedicated Internet Network for the US Embassy Kinshasa CDC Office. One (1) dedicated Internet channel with 10Mbps (up) and 10Mbps (down). DIN Dedicated Internet Network for the US Embassy Kinshasa CDC Office. One (1) dedicated Internet channel with 8Mbps (up) and 8Mbps (down). DIN Dedicated Internet Network for the US Embassy Kinshasa CDC Office. One (1) dedicated Internet channel with 6Mbps (up) and 6Mbps (down) DIN Dedicated Internet Network for the US Embassy Kinshasa CDC Office. One (1) dedicated Internet channel with 4Mbps (up) and 4Mbps (down) AND ETC. Network Devices The network devices shall comply with the following characteristics: Internet Service Provider (ISP) must permit ping and trace route traffic from 169.252.0.0/16 and 169.253.0.0/16 to the ISP connection RJ45 10/100BaseT router interface which terminates Customer VPN encryption device. Services provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) must be delivered with RJ-45 interface connectors with a 10/100baseT interface. Internet Service Provider (ISP) must provide routers and Data media converters or transmission devices in all cases. Power standard sources must be dual voltage (110v/60hz and 220v/50hz) Devices must be Rack mountable in a standard Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) rack. One separate or individual physical interface connector is required per service.
