- Request for proposals are invited for Health Care Services for Medical Care The intention to bid form can be collected from following addresses: ○ Mercy Corps office in Bukavu located at No. 3 avenue of the lake, Nguba district, Ibanda commune, town of Bukavu. ○ Mercy Corps office in Kavumu located in the territory of Kabare, Bugorhe group in Kavumu/Karanda. Submission of a paper version of the intention to bid duly completed in the box provided for this purpose to the Mercy Corps office addresses mentioned above high. The reference number of the offer must appear on the envelope. After the closing date of this call for proposals notice, the call for proposals will be sent to suppliers who have expressed of their intention to bid by returning the form. The call for proposals will be sent by the route for which you have indicated a preference in the intention to apply form tender
