- Tenders are invited for General Sanitation Works at the Kinshasa Provincial General Reference Hospital (Hpgrk) - Ex- Mama Yemo The Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), on behalf of the Ministry of Public Health, Hygiene and Prevention, solicits sealed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to carry out the said works. Variants cannot be taken into consideration . 3. Procurement will be conducted by Open National Competitive Bidding, as defined in the Public Procurement Law, to all eligible candidates. 4. Interested candidates can obtain information from the Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), and read the tender documents at the BCeCo address listed below, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ' (local times, UT+1). A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased at the address below by making a written request to the address at the same address against a non-refundable payment of eight hundred (800.00 USD) or the equivalent in Congolese Francs (FC) at the daily rate. Payment must be made by cash transfer to the bank which will be designated by the representative office of the General Directorate of Administrative Revenue (DGRAD) at the Ministry of the Budget, while indicating the reference of this DAO. The file may be collected from the BCeCo Procurement Division upon presentation of proof of payment (payment slip) . The costs of sending the files to the buyers are in addition and at the expense of the latter. A payment is due by the Contractor to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority as a public procurement regulatory fee at a rate of 0.7% of the amount of the procurement, excluding taxes. 7. The tender guarantee must remain valid for 30 days after the period of validity of the tenders, i.e. it must be valid for 120 days from the deadline for submission of tenders, including if the validity period of the offer is extended. The amount of the bid security is 70,000 USD. 8. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (local time, GMT+1) .
