- The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo has received funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB) group in order to cover the cost of the alternative support project for children and young people involved in the Cobalt supply channel (Pabea-Cobalt), and intends to use part of the resources granted for this donation and loan to finance the recruitment mission of an Individual Consultant (the) National (E) Environmentalist to support the UCP/ Pabea-Cobalt. The services provided for this contract consist in supporting the UCP/ Pabea-Cobalt in the implementation of the environmental and social management plan (PGES) of the Pabea-Cobalt.
