- The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has received funding from the African Development Bank group in order to cover the cost of the governance support project and improvement of the Electric Sector (Pagase) and A L 'intention to use part of the resources granted for this donation to finance the contract of an individual consultant responsible for assuming the function of contract manager for a period of 12 months renewable on the basis of an assessment satisfactory performance and the availability of resources.
