- The services provided for this contract essentially include, among others: (1) to provide the necessary support for good management of the Prodivac project; (2) Ensure that the Prodivac project achieves good performance, through a diligent processing of acquisition files, disbursement request and reporting within the required time; (3) Provide a technical contribution to the preparation of the technical documents of the project, by particularly emphasizing the thirteen (13) priority files identified during the dialogue mission; (4) Entrepreneurship and carry out the field missions in order to 'Identify, prepare, evaluate and/or supervise the implementation and monitoring of the project, (5) ensure the monitoring of the procurement procedures, disbursement and reporting to ensure that they respect the rules and procedures of the bank; (6) Develop reference terms, select the consultants for missions and supervise the technical aspects of their work; (7) Assist the project execution unit in the preparation of acquisition files and disbursement requests; (8) Ensure recruitment ...
