- The services provided, to be carried out under this contract, will consist of: (i) assess the degree of compliance with the provisions of the financing agreement, including the laws, regulations in force in the Republic of Congo, standards and national procedures , the environmental and social requirements of the bank and the good international industrial practices (BPII) in terms of building and civil engineering; (ii) identify non-conformities and gaps, as well as the direct and deep causes of these non-performance , then recommend corrective actions.
