- Tenders are invited for Evaluation of Mi-Parkour at the Final and the Program of Pargias Mid-term and final evaluation of the PARJII program REFERENCE consortium of international NGOs, made up of RCN J&D, Avocats Sans Frontières (ASF) and TRIAL International, is taking part in the second phase of the Justice Reform Support Program (PARJ2) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. PARJ2 is financed by the European Development Fund (EDF) over a period of three years (from 02/01/2022 to 01/31/2025) and is aligned with the National Justice Reform Policy (PNRJ).
