- Tenders are invited for Construction Works for Community Health Centers in the Provinces of Lualaba and Tanganyika Divided into Four (4) Separate Lots The Bid Security shall remain valid for 30 days after the Bid Validity Period, including if the Bid Validity Period is extended. The amount of the bid security is: • Lot 1: 3840.00 USD • Lot 2: 5760.00 USD • Lot 3: 5760.00 USD • Lot 4: 5760.00 USD The bid security may be presented, at the option of the candidate, in the form of: • Security (bank check issued in the name of the Contracting Authority); • Bank guarantee on first demand; • Personal and joint guarantee; • Guarantee provided by insurance companies. 9. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. (Kinshasa local time). The Late bids will not be accepted. Electronic filings will not be accepted. Tenders must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the deadline for submission.
