- Tenders are invited for Construction of a Small Center Dedicated to Young People at Masina (Training, Economic and Socio-Cultural Activities) in Tshuenge. The Sub-Lot Includes the following Works: · Various Demolitions; · the Construction of a Training Center on R+1 Floor; · on the Ground Floor: Two Offices for the Administration of the Neighborhood Offices and Two Others for the Two Neighborhood Leaders; The Center Dedicated To Young People, Consisting of a Youth Office, a Training Room and Sanitary Facilities; · a Green Patio in the Center of the Composition with Benches and Trees; · on the First Floor (R+1): A Modular Terrace Dedicated to the Training and Activities of Young People; · the Supply of Equipment and Furniture for the Center and Neighborhood Offices; · Development of the Surroundings for Better Management of Rainwater; · Solar Electrification; · Application of Environmental Measures etc. All the Work Represents a Total Area of 508.32 m2, including 375.41 m2 Built And 132.91 m2 of Landscaping around the Buildings.
