- Invitation to have to mission the representation of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the Democratic Republic of Congo invites qualified suppliers to tender for the establishment of one or more framework agreements relating to the supply of fuel fuel (Diesel & petrol) delivered on behalf of UNHCR offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the annual needs taken up in the tenderers of this call for offers.
