- Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Two (2) Double Cabin Pick-Ups Bids must include a bid bank guarantee in the amount of: two thousand US dollars ( 2,000.00 USD ) for lot 3 3. Procurement will be conducted by Open International Competitive Bidding (ICB), as defined in the Public Procurement Act, to all eligible and shortlisted candidates; 4. Interested candidates can obtain information from the Central Coordination Office (BCeCo), and read the tender documents at the BCeCo address listed below, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ' (local times, UT+1); 6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by submitting a written request to BCeCo against a non-refundable payment of four hundred US dollars (400 USD) or the equivalent in Francs Congolais (FC) at the rate of day. Payment will be made at the bank by means of the collection note indicating the relevant contact details. The Tender Dossier will be delivered by hand after submission of proof of payment to the Secretariat of the Procurement Division of the BCeCo at the address indicated below. A payment is due by the Contractor to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority as a public procurement regulatory fee at a rate of 0.7% of the amount of the procurement, excluding taxes. 7. Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than Thursday, September 01, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. (local time, GMT+1) . The Late bids will not be accepted.
