- Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Miscellaneous Equipment Interested candidates may purchase a complete set of bidding documents written in French, at the address indicated below, against payment of a non-refundable fee of two hundred (200) United States dollars of America. Payment must be made in cash to the PADRIR National Coordination. The file will be sent, against presentation of proof of payment, by e-mail to bidders not residing in Kinshasa (a paper version will also be sent, taking the place of the official version being authentic) or delivered in paper version to those who present themselves at the address below. Tenders must be sent to the address indicated below no later than May 06, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., Kinshasa local time. They must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 2% of the amount of the bid for each lot or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The period of validity of the offers must be one hundred and twenty (120) days. The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who wish to attend the opening session on May 06, 2022 at 2:30 p.m., Kinshasa local time, at the address indicated below :
