- The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has requested funding from the African Development Bank and the African Development Fund below called the Bank to finance the support project for alternative well-being of children and young people involved In the cobalt supply chain, and intends to use part of this loan/donation to make payments for the market relating to the supply of equipment, materials and communication tools to obtain the 'Adhesion of beneficiaries to alternative well-being and ensure the sustainability of the skills of the project. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit. The market will be reigned by the bank's procurement framework.
